Job Description:
This opportunity is well suited for a legal administrative professional with experience supporting healthcare related practices who is seeking long term growth within a stable, collaborative law firm.

In this role, you will support attorneys handling healthcare related matters by preparing, proofreading, and revising legal documents, maintaining electronic and physical files using iManage and traditional systems, and assisting with business intake and conflicts requests.
Additional responsibilities include time entry, client billing, expense reports, vendor invoices, and providing backup administrative coverage as needed. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate has three to five years of experience as a legal administrative assistant, with a preferred background in healthcare, medical malpractice, insurance defense, or related regulatory or litigation practices. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is required, with experience in Excel and iManage preferred. A proactive, flexible approach and strong client service skills are essential.
