Managing Director
Jodie Zerega
Jodie Zerega started Zerega Consulting in 2003 and has filled hundreds of attorney positions in law firms, corporations, and non-profit organizations across the United States, Canada, and Asia. She has worked with many different clients ranging from private, start-ups to publicly traded companies with over 25,000 employees. Prior to starting Zerega Consulting, she worked as the Director of Recruiting at a multi-national law firm in Atlanta for 9 years. During her tenure there, the firm grew from 185 to 525 attorneys and added 6 offices across the US and 1 in Hong Kong.
Chief Recruiting Officer
Carrie Shepherd
Carrie Shepherd started at Zerega Consulting in 2013. Prior to Zerega Consulting, Carrie worked as the Recruiting Manager for Holland & Knight for five years. Before that she worked with Jodie at a top multi-national law firm based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Today, Carrie has worked with many different clients as well as attorneys, placing them at an assortment of different firms. Carrie enjoys spending time with her family and friends especially cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs. "GO DAWGS!"

Stephanie Thornburg
Stephanie is a seasoned marketing and operations leader with cross-industry experience spanning strategic planning, product and software development, brand growth, and client experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Orleans and has lived in the Sarasota area since 2014. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, kayaking, camping, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog.
Director of Legal Staff Recruiting
Victoria Richardson
Victoria attended Pace University in New York where she obtained a degree in Business Administration-Management with a focus in Human Resources. She also has a degree in Paralegal Studies and a Paralegal Certificate. Prior to Zerega Consulting, Victoria worked as a Senior Paralegal and in various legal support roles for over fifteen years at large, mid-size and boutique law firms in New York in a variety of practice areas. Victoria has recruited inhouse for corporations, firms, and human resource departments. Today, Victoria resides in Tampa, Florida and enjoys spending time with her dog, Huey.

Julia Cardenas
Julia graduated in 2018 from the University of Akron with a degree in Political Science. Prior to joining Zerega Consulting, she worked in a law firm where she was exposed to a variety of practice areas. Julia is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and she relocated to Florida in 2021 where she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her shih tzu, Lola.

Donna Gober
Donna is a seasoned and talented legal recruiting consultant with 20+ years of legal recruiting experience which includes 8 years managing/directing the Recruiting Department of an AmLaw 200 law firm, 6 years at an AmLaw 100 law firm prior, plus 6+ years as a legal recruiting consultant. Donna has a passion and gift for connecting incredible legal talent with top law opportunities across the nation. She is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and resides in Atlanta, GA with her beautiful family.

Shanice Naidu-Jimenez, Esq.
With a legal career spanning 20+ years, Shanice creates resources for anyone pursuing or navigating a career in law and overall professional growth. She offers unique insight because of her diverse experience in the legal industry, including experiential and lawyer roles in government, not-for-profit, in-house, judicial, and private practice. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in 2010 and Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2015. The purpose of her current work is to help others find their own balance of professional success with overall wellness, which is an ongoing journey she knows all too well as she balances her role of mom with her professional and personal goals.
