Our client is seeking an associate with 4+ years of employment law experience to join its North American team in Boston. 

Responsibilities will include working on all aspects of employment litigations (e.g., discrimination, wage and hour, non-compete cases and breach of contract matters), everyday employment and HR-related counseling matters, drafting of employment-related policies and agreements, and conducting investigations and trainings.
