Zerega Consulting is assisting a highly regarded international law firm seeking two attorneys—a Senior Associate and a Junior Associate—to join its growing property damage and construction defect practice.  

The group handles a sophisticated and expanding caseload focused exclusively on property damage and construction defect matters. Both positions offer direct mentorship, meaningful responsibility and excellent opportunities for advancement.  

SENIOR ASSOCIATE  

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Five to seven years of litigation experience  

• At least two recent years of property damage or construction defect experience  

• The ability to manage cases independently with continued partner mentorship  

• Strong writing, analytical and case-management skills  

• Experience developing case strategy and working directly with clients  

JUNIOR ASSOCIATE  

The firm is flexible regarding years of experience and will prioritize motivation, judgment and overall fit. Candidates with general civil litigation experience, including breach of contract or products liability matters, are encouraged to apply.  

Relevant experience may include:  

• Managing discovery  

• Preparing for depositions  

• Working with experts  

• Assisting with dispositive motions  

• Construction defect or property damage matters
