Our client, a highly respected Family Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Tampa office. This is a partnership-track position, as the firm has a long-standing tradition of succession passed down through decades.  

The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing high-net-worth individuals and celebrity clients in a wide range of family law matters, while exercising the utmost discretion and professionalism.  

Candidates interested in relocating to the Tampa Bay area are welcome to apply; however, applicants must be licensed to practice law in Florida and willing to commute to the firm’s Tampa office.  

Responsibilities  

• Manage a caseload focused on family law matters, including divorce, alimony, and child custody. 

• Draft, review, and file pleadings and other legal documents in a timely manner. 

• Prepare for and represent clients at mediations and court hearings. 

• Communicate with clients regularly, providing clear guidance and updates. 

• Actively participate in the Hillsborough County Bar Association and related organizations.

Qualifications  

• 5–15 years of family law experience. 

• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Motivated, self-driven, and proactive. 

• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. 

• Outstanding academic credentials. 

• Licensed to practice law in Florida. 

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
