Our client, a well-respected HOA and Construction Litigation law firm, is seeking an attorney to join their busy condominium association and HOA practice in Sarasota. The firm has a stellar reputation for providing general counsel representation to community associations and HOA's, guiding them through Florida's statutory changes.

Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and stay current on relevant statutes and regulations.

• Attend board and membership meetings to provide legal guidance.

• Draft and amend governing documents and association policies.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience practicing law.

• Must have experience or a strong interest in representing HOA's and community associations.

• Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.

• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, as well as excellent academic credentials.

• Exceptional research and writing skills with the ability to multitask, analyze complex issues, and communicate effectively.

• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents.
