The Opportunity
Zerega Consulting has been retained to identify self-sustaining partners interested in building and expanding their practice within a premier national platform in Tampa. The firm’s executive leadership is actively focused on growing the Tampa office and is seeking entrepreneurial attorneys who want the resources of a major firm combined with the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the office’s future.
Partners with portable books of business who are looking for a firm that will actively support growth, cross-selling, and client development will find a strong platform here.
Multiple practice areas are of interest, including but not limited to: corporate, real estate, litigation, tax, private wealth, regulatory, and other complementary practices.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and grow a portable book of business
Provide strategic legal counsel to sophisticated clients
Collaborate with partners across offices and practice groups
Contribute to the continued growth of the Tampa office
Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys
Qualifications
Significant law firm experience and current partner-level practice
Demonstrated portable book of business
Strong reputation within the legal community and client base
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a practice
Admission to the Florida Bar or ability to become admitted
Compensation
