Our client  is seeking an Associate with three or four years of insurance litigation experience, including: 

• handling complex litigation legal matters

• drafting legal documents

• analyzing insurance coverage issues (including CGL, umbrella, and excess policies), and 

• representing clients in complex insurance coverage disputes. 

The ideal candidate will have experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation.
