PRODUCT LIABILITY / COMPLEX LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Our client, an AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking talented litigators to join its nationally recognized Product Liability Practice in Atlanta. The firm represents leading manufacturers, retailers, and corporations in complex product liability, mass tort, class action, and multidistrict litigation nationwide. Its attorneys regularly serve as national coordinating counsel and lead trial counsel in significant matters involving complex scientific and technical issues.
The Opportunity
Handle sophisticated, high-exposure litigation in state and federal courts nationwide.

Qualifications
2+ years of complex litigation experience. Product liability, mass tort, class action, or other sophisticated litigation backgrounds will be considered.
Strong academic credentials, including top 20% of the class at a first-tier law school.
Excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case management.
Trial experience or judicial clerkship is a plus, but not required.
