Business Immigration Associate: Our client, an AmLaw law 200 firm is looking for a junior business immigration attorney to join their practice in Boston, MA. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience preparing and filing nonimmigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A, B & C, I-140, I-485) petitions, and applications with government agencies and consulates.

*This is an off-track (non-partnership) position.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school

• Must be admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts

• Must have 3+ years of business immigration experience

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and colleagues

• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and balance competing responsibilities

• Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings

The salary for this position is $120,000-$160,000 and is bonus eligible.
