Our client, a leading global Labor & Employment law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Orlando office. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level attorney with litigation experience who is eager to build a practice in the employment space while benefiting from the mentorship and guidance of a team of accomplished attorneys.  While Labor & Employment experience is certainly a plus, the firm is open to candidates who bring strong litigation fundamentals, along with excellent legal writing and research skills.  

Responsibilities 

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents. 

• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings. 

• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and deliver effective, timely legal services.  

Qualifications 

• 1-3 years of litigation experience. 

• Exposure or experience with employment litigation is preferred. 

• J.D. from an accredited law school. 

• Admission to practice law in the State of Florida. 

• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills. 

• Strong academic credentials. 

• Ability to manage multiple matters and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and exceptional client service.
