Global Immigration Practice Lead: 

Our client has an urgent need to hire a new Head of Global Mobility to oversee and support their Global Mobility legal operations. This is a key leadership role providing legal support to EMEA and APAC teams, managing global mobility programs, and guiding a high-performing, international team.    

Job Responsibilities  

• Serve as the legal lead for global mobility matters, focusing on EMEA and APAC regions 

• Provide strategic legal support on global employee mobility, immigration, tax, and compliance issues 

• Collaborate closely with HR, legal, and business leaders across regions to ensure compliant and efficient mobility processes 

• Manage and mentor a global team of 7-8 paralegals based in Singapore, London, and remotely within the U.S. Partner with the San Francisco-based Program Manager to oversee operational aspects of the mobility program 

• Develop and implement global mobility policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and business objectives 

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on cross-border mobility risks and solutions   

Job Requirements  

• Attorney with active bar membership and strong experience in global mobility legal matters 

• Prior experience supporting EMEA and APAC regions is highly preferred 

• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience 

• Ability to navigate complex global legal and compliance issues related to mobility 

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and international teams 

• Based in San Francisco or Los Angeles, or willing to relocate; California-based candidates preferred for time zone efficiency
