They are currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Tampa office.
This role supports attorneys within the business litigation group and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Qualifications:
-Minimum of 6 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant, with a strong focus on business litigation
-High level of professionalism, discretion, and teamwork
-Exceptional organizational and communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management systems (iManage preferred)
-Ability to multitask and prioritize shifting demands based on attorney and practice group needs
Primary Responsibilities:
-Draft, proofread, and revise legal documents
-Schedule court appearances, depositions, meetings, and maintain attorney calendars
-E-file documents in both Federal and Florida State Courts
-Manage time entry and client billing
-Maintain electronic and physical case files
-Prepare and process vendor invoices and monitor payments
-Handle new business intake and conflict checks
-Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
-Provide backup coverage for other Legal Administrative Assistants as needed
