Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to join their Winston-Salem office. This is a fantastic opportunity to support attorneys in corporate law matters, including entity creation, estate planning, and corporate tax audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with the creation of entities and organizations, including drafting and filing necessary documents.

  • Support estate planning efforts, including the preparation and organization of related materials.

  • Manage corporate records to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

  • Prepare materials and assist with corporate tax audits.

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of incorporation processes and corporate tax audits.

  • Familiarity with estate planning documentation and procedures.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
