Job Description:
Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to join their Winston-Salem office. This is a fantastic opportunity to support attorneys in corporate law matters, including entity creation, estate planning, and corporate tax audits.

Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with the creation of entities and organizations, including drafting and filing necessary documents.
Support estate planning efforts, including the preparation and organization of related materials.
Manage corporate records to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Prepare materials and assist with corporate tax audits.
Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of incorporation processes and corporate tax audits.
Familiarity with estate planning documentation and procedures.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
