A nationally respected law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong litigation experience who is looking to grow within a dynamic, high-performing environment that values initiative, professionalism, and career development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare, proofread, revise, and file legal documents with precision and attention to court requirements

  • Manage calendar deadlines and schedule travel, meetings, and court appearances

  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including deposition and trial preparation

  • Maintain organized case files, records, and electronic documentation

  • Submit intake and conflict check requests

  • Assist with time entry, client billing, and expense reporting

  • Review and analyze case documents, data, and deposition transcripts

  • Coordinate and prepare motions, briefs, exhibits, and filings

  • Assist in all aspects of trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, creating witness binders, organizing materials, preparing electronic presentations, and liaising with litigation support

  • Serve as a central point of coordination for large or complex matters

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to gather case information

  • Provide backup support to other legal administrative assistants as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation

  • Strong familiarity with State and Federal court procedures, including e-filing

  • Proven trial experience is required

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and experience with electronic document management systems (iManage/FileSite preferred)

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to anticipate attorney needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment
