Job Description:

Job Duties Include:
Electronic Filing with Courts
Document retention and organization
Case management and tracking
Data entry Research and analysis
Draft and distribute internal and external correspondence
Support paralegals and attorneys within the practice group
Requirements:
Some knowledge of legal terminology
Ability to multi-task
Prioritize work load to meet deadlines
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and other similar applications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Dependable and reliable
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience required (Law firm experience preferred and highly recommended).
Familiarity with iManage or other document management systems preferred
