Job Description:
Our client, a large firm with 11 national locations, seeks a file clerk for their Tampa office. They offer their professional staff the opportunity to take their careers as far as they can envision. Duties include, but not limited to:
Assist with maintaining and updating clients’ files and records on a daily basis
Electronic filing of legal documents within the firm’s document management system
Responsible for opening files for new client matters
Scanning client files/ records into the firm’s document management system
Assist with closing out client files and records, following the firm’s closing procedures
Provide Reception relief for Receptionist as needed
Back-up other File Clerks when needed
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience required (Law firm experience preferred and highly recommended).
Familiarity with iManage or other document management systems preferred
