In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the DC office and regional locations. You’ll serve as a go-to contact for vendors, support attorneys, and staff, coordinate events, and take ownership of office services projects—all while delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent support to internal staff and external vendors

  • Ensure office procedures are followed and optimized for efficiency

  • Act as vendor liaison across multiple locations and maintain updated records

  • Oversee office contracts and monitor expenditures (rent, vendor services, subtenants, etc.)

  • Assist with building management and subtenant needs

  • Manage bar dues and business tax payments across multiple jurisdictions

  • Organize office events, activities, and special projects

  • Maintain floorplans, directories, and intranet updates

  • Support office projects (relocations, fire drills, etc.) and assist with related tasks

  • Willingness to work overtime when needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Prior administrative experience supporting multiple locations or within a law firm is a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
