Our client, a well-established all-women family law firm, is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join their growing team in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from inception through resolution.

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.

• Advise clients on a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and post-judgment proceedings.

• Negotiate settlements while advocating for clients' best interests.

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service.

• Maintain accurate case files and meet court deadlines while managing billable hour expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of family law experience preferred.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills.

• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team.

• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.

• Passion for practicing family law and providing compassionate client advocacy.

• Portable book of business is a plus but not required.
