Our client, an esteemed AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their General Litigation Practice Group. This position is available in Los Angeles and San Diego with a hybrid work schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known firm and gain exposure to a myriad of commercial litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research associated with cases, as well as draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and discovery requests.

• Communicate with clients, partners, and other members of the practice group regarding case developments.

• Managed cases from intake to trial. Attended and defended depositions, as well as appeared at court hearings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of strong litigation experience.

• Experience drafting motions, taking and defending depositions.

• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter.

• Must be licensed to practice in California.

• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
