Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience handling Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home Abuse cases in Florida (Plaintiff side).

• Proven first-chair trial experience with a solid understanding of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.

• Proficient in conducting depositions, handling hearings, participating in trials and arbitrations, and presenting persuasive PowerPoint presentations at mediations.

• Must be aggressive, detail-oriented, dedicated, and relentless in pursuit of justice.

• Strong traits of determination, competitiveness, decisiveness, and an unwavering drive to succeed.

• Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.
