Our client is currently seeking an experienced corporate attorney to work in its Winston Salem, NC office. Qualified candidates will have at least five (5) years' experience of working with businesses and individuals engaging in business transactions, with a strong preference for candidates who focus on federal tax work and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, tax-exempt entities, and handling federal taxpayer advocacy matters. Trusts and estates work is also preferred.
