Our client, a global AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking an Enviromental & Land Use Litigation Associate to join their office in Atlanta, Georgia. They are seeking a strong litigator that has experience and/or interest in environmental regulatory defense. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established firm with a global presence. Responsibilities 

• Draft Briefs/Motions 

• Attend and defend depositions, as well as appear at court or agency hearings. 

• Communicate with clients, partners and other members of the practice group, and additional stakeholders regarding case developments.

Qualifications 

• 2-5 years of litigation experience. 

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. 

• Excellent writing skills, work experience, academic credentials, and interpersonal skills are required. 

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter. 

• Must be licensed to practice in Georgia or willing to take immediate steps to become barred in Georgia. 

• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
