A prestigious national law firm is seeking a Junior Conflicts Attorney to join its growing Office of General Counsel. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Ethics Counsel and the New Business Intake team in analyzing and resolving conflicts of interest related to incoming lateral attorneys and staff.

Location:

Miami, Orlando, Tallahassee, Tampa, or West Palm Beach

Schedule:

Hybrid (approximately two days per week in the office)

Compensation:

$130,000 to $140,000, depending on experience, plus annual discretionary bonus, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze conflicts search reports for incoming lateral attorneys and staff

• Assist with conflicts review and clearance throughout the lateral hiring process

• Partner with Ethics Counsel on conflicts and related ethics matters

• Support the Office of General Counsel with additional projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in the United States

• Two to three years of law firm conflicts experience

• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality

• Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
