The Opportunity

We are conducting an exclusive search for a Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Associate with an insurance defense background to join a rapidly expanding litigation team.


This position can be based near any of the firm's California offices, including Irvine, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. For candidates with 4+ years of experience, a fully remote work schedule is also an option.


The practice focuses on a broad range of litigation matters, including general liability, product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases, and collaborates closely with the firm's Aviation practice group.


Candidates must be admitted in California.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of litigation from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses

• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses

• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

• Develop case strategies and assist with claim investigations

• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

• Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
