Our client, a global AmLaw 50 firm, seeks an experienced Debt Finance Senior Associate or Counsel to join their Atlanta office or any of their 10 US-based offices. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in syndicated lending, secured transactions, acquisition financings (including cash flow and asset-based credit facilities), and high-yield debt offerings. Familiarity with cross-border engagements is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience representing banks, sponsors, corporate borrowers, and other financial institutions in secured transactions.

• Strong academic credentials required (B+ average or better, top half of the class).

• Must reside in and be licensed, or ready to become licensed, to practice law in any jurisdiction where the client has a U.S. office.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
