Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 75 law firm, seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their Atlanta, Georgia office. They are seeking a strong commercial litigator to join their Litigation practice to work on matters including healthcare, media, and First Amendment issues. Our client offers competitive compensation and benefits. 

Qualifications 

• 3-5 years of complex commercial litigation experience. 

• Experience working with expert witnesses, fact development, taking and defending depositions, and drafting discovery responses, briefs, and motions for complex matters. 

• Trial experience is a plus. 

• Judicial clerkship experience is highly preferred. 

• Excellent writing skills, work experience, academic credentials, and interpersonal skills are required. 

• Must be licensed to practice in Georgia or able to waive into the Georgia Bar. 

• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
