Our client, a Florida-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their very busy condominium association and HOA practice. The firm has a stellar reputation for providing general counsel representation to community associations, guiding condominium associations and HOAs through developer transition, prosecuting construction defects claims, and consulting on major repair projects. This growing firm is seeking an experienced litigator to help support their litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.

• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to prepare comprehensive trial materials.

• Maintain compliance with case deadlines and reporting obligations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience.

• Construction litigation experience is highly preferred.

• Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.

• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, as well as excellent academic credentials.

• Exceptional research and writing skills with the ability to multitask, analyze complex issues, and communicate effectively.
