Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage junior associates

• Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, hearings, and court appearances

• Collaborate with partners and colleagues on complex commercial litigation matters and case strategy

• Maintain compliance with court deadlines, case management requirements, and client reporting obligations

• Foster strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal service

Candidate Requirements

• J.D. from T1 or T2 law school

• Significant experience handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters

• Prior Am Law 100 firm experience strongly preferred

• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar

• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, advocacy, and communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience is a plus
