Jodie Zerega

As President of Zerega Consulting, Jodie Zerega has over 15 years of experience in the legal recruiting field. She was trained in this industry as the Director of Recruiting for Troutman Sanders, an AMLAW 250 internationally recognized law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. During her tenure at Troutman Sanders, she was responsible for hiring over 200 lawyers. After nine years of recruiting for a large firm in a high-growth market, she has great insight into legal candidates and matching them to the right culture. Since starting her own legal recruiting company in 2003, Jodie has placed over 65 attorneys at all levels in companies, law firms and non profit agencies nationwide.

Building on her industry knowledge, Jodie has developed a unique combination of customer service, stellar candidate networks and a specialty at completing hard-to-fill positions. As part of her attention to clients, Jodie has developed a unique and thorough screening process. Donna Gober

Donna Gober gained a significant amount of recruiting experience by beginning her legal recruiting career several years ago as a lateral recruiter at an AmLaw 100 law firm-one of Atlanta's top five multiple practice firms. As the lateral recruiter for the national law firm, she managed and coordinated several partner group acquisitions, single lateral partner moves and lateral associate moves to the firm. She helped the firm create a formal internal-integration process strengthening the firm's core ability to efficiently acquire laterals and lateral groups.

Since joining Zerega Consulting, Donna has successfully laterally placed attorneys at national multiple practice and boutique practice law firms. In addition, she serves as an advisor and mentor to both candidates looking for a position, as well as to client law firms. Her primary focus is developing and cultivating long-term relationships with the goal of fulfilling the lateral legal needs of law firms and finding the best opportunities possible for her candidates.

Donna brings a wealth of legal writing and communications experience to Zerega with years of legal public relations experience gained prior to her recruiting career. Denise Pellissier

Denise earned a Bachelors in Marketing from Louisiana State University and also holds a Masters in Communications from the University�of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. She loves marketing and worked for many years in sales and marketing in the corporate world.
